Educational Resource and Development Center Nepal (ERDCN)

Executive Committee

As provisioned in the ERDCN's constitution, the Executive Committee consists of 9 members that including 4 females and 5 males. The committee reviews the organizational progress and provides directions to the project management team and staff as necessary. The committee is made as inclusive as possible representing women (44%), and representatives from beneficiary's communities (22%). Professionally, the members of the committee are from diverse backgrounds in the development sector such as research, formal and non-formal education, accountancy, community development and organizational management. An advisory committee consisting of 4 members has been formed to assist the committee for effective functioning.
